Refunds and cancellation
Simple and fixed, so you know before you pay.
How much comes back
100% if you cancel before you fill in the details form.
50% if you cancel after the details form and before we share your first preview.
No refund once the first preview has been shared, because the work is done. You still get unlimited text edits.
How to cancel
Message us on WhatsApp or write to hello@zarooraana.com with your order number (ZA-XXXXX).
When it arrives
Refunds go back to the same UPI ID, card or account within 5–7 working days of approval.
Switching design
Changing to a different design after the preview is a new order at 50% off.
